Call (281)205-0204 to schedule an appointment. As we are a specialist clinic, we will need a referral form from your obstetrician's or Primary Care Physician's office before we can see you. If advised by our office click below to provide the required additional information.

Please call to cancel within 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you have an emergency on the day of your appointment, or if you are running late, call to let us know. This will allow us to place someone else in your time slot. If you fail to keep your appointment without notifying us, you will be charged a $95.00 no-show fee.
In order to prevent distractions during your ultrasound and physician visit, we do not allow cell phone use in the ultrasound rooms. Also, we ask that you not bring food and drink into the room in order that we can maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere for our patients. Due to the nature of our practice, we may have emergencies at the hospital or unexpected birth defects. Please be patient and understanding If your wait time is longer than anticipated. You are welcome to change your appointment to another day or time. Our goal is to provide compassionate and thorough counseling to all of our patients.
If you have an emergency, call your obstetrician's office or 9-1-1. For genetic lab results call (281)205-0204 and ask to speak to our genetic counselor (if you received genetic counseling). Our FAX is (281)407-7623.
We automatically FAX your ultrasound report to your obstetrician. This does not require a signature. If you request a copy of your records for yourself, there will be a $40.00 charge. You will need to sign a medical release of information if we need previous medical records from another specialist or hospital in order to provide thorough counseling and care in you pregnancy.
All copays, deductibles, coinsurance and previous balances are due at the time service is rendered. Your insurance policy requires us to collect payment as part of our contractual agreement.
