Dr. Angela Earhart

MD, FACOG, MFM

With a focus on excellence, Dr. Earhart honed the team’s expertise in ultrasounds ensuring PMG provides reliable and precise scans and interpretations. Serving over 50,000+ expectant mothers and analyzing millions of ultrasound scans, PMG has perfected a model that effectively supports OBGYN phyicisans and offers patients comfort and comprehensive care.

Dr. Sina Haeri

MD, FACOG, MFM

Dr. Haeri brings extensive experience in managing complex maternal and fetal cases. He began his career at Texas Children’s Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine and has cared for diverse patient populations across Washington, D.C., the Carolinas, and Texas. His clinical interests include preconception counseling, complex fetal diagnoses, and managing preeclampsia, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.

Dr. Lexi Hill

MD, FACOG, MFM

Dr. Lexi Hill is a board-certified maternal-fetal medicine specialist with a background in nutritional sciences from Texas A&M University. She completed her OB/GYN residency in Phoenix and fellowship at the University of Texas Medical Branch, earning multiple teaching awards. Dr. Hill emphasizes patient education, evidence-based care, and is fluent in Spanish to better serve diverse patients.

Dr. Mauricio La Rosa

MD, FACOG, MFM

Dr. Mauricio La Rosa is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist with fellowship training in maternal-fetal medicine. He specializes in high-risk pregnancies, with expertise in prenatal diagnostics, obstetric complications, and coordinated multidisciplinary care. Fluent in English and Spanish, he is dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based care for mothers and babies.
